Cancellation Policy
At SalesBud, our services are structured to provide maximum value through quarterly intervals. To maintain the integrity of our service delivery and planning, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Terms
- Quarterly Cancellation Period
- Clients may only cancel their service agreement at the end of a quarter, as services are delivered in quarterly increments.
- Written notice of cancellation must be provided at least 30 calendar days before the start of the next quarter.
- Cancellation Penalty
- If a client cancels before the completion of the agreed service period (typically one calendar year), a cancellation penalty of 20% of the remaining annual costs will be applied.
- The penalty will be calculated based on the services scheduled but not yet paid for within the current annual agreement.
- Prepaid Services
- Any prepaid amounts for services not yet delivered in the upcoming quarter will be refunded after deducting the 20% cancellation penalty.
- Non-Refundable Services
- Services already delivered or in progress for the current quarter are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
Process for Cancellation
- To initiate cancellation, clients must submit a written request via email to Karla@mysalesbud.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request – [Client Name/Agreement Number].”
- SalesBud will confirm the cancellation request within 5 business days and provide a final statement reflecting the cancellation penalty and any refund due, if applicable.
- All remaining balances, including the cancellation penalty, must be settled within 15 business days of the final statement issuance.
Annual Renewals
- Agreements automatically renew on an annual basis unless written notice is provided at least 60 calendar days before the end of the current service year.
